HOW TO HANDLE STRESS?

Haiii ! Assalamualaikum semua :)

I am currently doing my foundation in science in uitm uwuuuuuu and actually this is already semester 2 .. which is my last semester tho hahahhaha. In just a week, i'll be facing my final which cause me to have mixed feelings right now.. but here i am writing to my readers huhhhh. I started to feel anxious, lose of appetite, stress ofc ..
Y'all know when you do revision but then you feel like you know nothing huwaaaa !!! i feel so stupidddddd right now :(

So..how to handle stress?????

Somehow i can cope with my stress as it comes and goes as it wants hahhaha. I can be down the whole day but okay at night. Can you imagine? Bipolar much? hehe
First of all, i think we need to know our limit in doing something that we cant. While i was doing organic chemistry (DAMN HARD) huhuhu i was screaming and cursing at the question as it goes harder  ... but i am thankful enough to have brilliant housemates around me uhuuu ( i love u guys uwuu) i actually dont have that kind of ego to ask others help thus i keep asking my housemates to solve the kekusutan and literally crying sbb baru tahu cara dia :") so bila i stress tak faham2 apa yang i study, all i need is my friendsss and also lecturer ofc ( tanya je masa tutorial jangan acah pandai huhu). But to be prepared, i always make fool of myself bila tanya dalam kelas ( yg ni x yah ikut lah hahahaha). Benda ni happen like yesterday in class, i was so stressful sbb semua jawapan boleh kata salah pastu i macam errhhh apa benda ni while holding my forehead then i chuckled sbb nampak kat mana kebodohan i ..... that is when my lecturer saw me  and said " this girl is so happy eh dalam kelas" and literally everyone was staring at me?!! like bitch, stapphhh memalukan diri sendiri!!!!
But yeahh, for me tho i stress x boleh buat semua tu, i dont feel ashamed to ask people and know that somehow there are lotss of people who are smarter than us . BEAR IN MIND!!

Next, i found my peace by listening to all the healing surah found in you tube jee and also solat. My senior once said this, he keep waiting for waktu solat as it is the only time he can rest from all this studying thingy :") now he is currently waiting to enter HARVARD peopleeee! So i try jugaklah to implement this as He is the one who can provide us peace u know. I spend my time to read Quran hoping for some peace in my mind. I avoid posting such emotional status / ig story because people on socmed wont help you but Allah will. So, keep spreading only positive vibes on socmed okay :)

Third, Sleep lah ofc! hahahha lately i keep feeling light headed so i tend to sleep more. (over sleep can increase your stress level :v) i think this is helpful sometimes as it makes me forget my sadness and stress. Set your alarm and your mind also (alarm only cannot help uwaaa) to wake up on time.Then, continue with your thingy.

Last but not least, spend your time with your loved ones ( FAMILY & Friends). i video call my family to ease my mind but i dont really tell others if i stress so i just have a cheerful conversation with them to make me happy for a while. I also spend a lot of time with my friends heree in uitm and we actually do man things together since after this taktaulah jumpa lagi ke tak :") I will always be myself when i am surrounded my these people so i can avoid feeling stressful. (in addition : Watch movies to avoid stressss!!!)

Stress is one thing that everyone have to face but the way you cope with it is the most important part. If you are stress, find a way to handle it as different people have their own different ways to handle it.

My last words, do PRAY for my final exam :") i am doing my besttt to get my most-wanted degree course !! Thank youuu for spending your precious time for this entry . LOve u muah muah
